True Sheets integrates its self into a google sheets to read and write rows and values based on the bots configuration and how its setup, therefore you may have to alter your pre-existing callsign sheets or create an entirely new one, for the sake of this guide and to ensure that you setup everything correctly we urge you to create a new spreadsheet and following the creation guide below. Create a new, blank Spreadsheet and input the following into the top most values; Rank, Callsign, Username, User ID and Assignment ID. Overall, looking like this once done
You can then fill out the rank and callsign rows accordingly, ensuring you have enough of each rank to supply your users with. Leave the username, user ID and assignment ID fields empty and untouched, also making sure to not use any more rows than A-E. Do not merge or join multiple rows together, however you can extend the width of rows.
Ensure that the all fields are in the correct position and only take up rows A-E, do not include styling or pad out each side.
You'll also need to change the sheet name to connected it with your departments, select the sheet name which is currently Sheets1 and rename it to your desired department name (E.g: Law Enforcement). Here is a screen annotation to help you better understand the fields and how to fill them in
Now, move onto creating a google service account to provide your bot access to this spreadsheet.
